I picked this manga (it doesn’t really qualify as a series, because it only ever has one volume) at the most unlikely place – the library. I was particularly bored when I picked up the book, and after reading it, I was no longer bored. It has a strong storyline, okay art, mediocre credentials, and best of all, giant fighting mechas to keep anyone that is not into romance entertained =D.
This one single one-of is a very long book, because it is the only book in the series. It ends with a bang, and it is great all around. Take a look…

I don’t really know how I discovered B.O.D.Y, but I am pretty sure that it was during a particularly long stay at Sakura Media again. However, I suspect that I am turning more and more girl-like over the last couple of weeks, reading things like Mars and BODY, but that fact doesn’t really alarm me. However, the fact that many of the romances featured in Shojo is nothing but a bit of pretty art and a lot of obscene things truly frightens me.
I think Body is one of the series that actually has some storyline to it. Although it is nowhere near the level of MARS, it is a welcome break from every other series. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I hope you will, too.

I will release two series in one post, because I am too lazy to post a second time. (Sound like a good enough reason to you?)
Rose Hip Rose is a new discovery, and I think that it is way better than Rose Hip Zero ever was. However, I have to agree with the rest of the fans – although the series is good, it is at times lacking, and parts of the storyline requires more development. Read it and see if you agree.

The Record of Fallen Vampire is a supernatural romance that I have also recently discovered. (Thank You Sakura Media!) I think that it is thoroughly enjoyable. Give it a try!

I feel very hesitant about posting this series. If anyone has heard of it, it is called Battle Royale. If you have heard of it, then you would know why I am hesitant about posting it – it is simply too bloody to be allowed to read.

However, the blood, the gore, and the bits of …other… things in it doesn’t stop it from being effective. I would recommend it to all of you, but I can’t actually do that because it would mean that I am recommending you read something that you may not enjoy.
Read the summary, and be warned that there is a lot, and I mean, A LOT, of blood. If you have a weak stomach, are injured, or are otherwise squeamish, than please stop here and avoid the trouble.

MARS Joins the Party
To tell you the truth, I am surprised that I like this series as much as I do. It is completely shojo and romantic, so much different from the rest of the series that I have uploaded in the past. But for MARS, the storyline is strong, the character development is very solid, and the series raises some profound and probing questions that every teen should think about.
I think that had my parents known about my manga habit, they would have thrown most of my collection out the window, save for this one. I think that if I could convince them to read this series in its entirety, they may change their opinion on manga a bit. I love this series – and I am not ashamed to admit it. In my opinion, there is nothing such as a “girl book” or a “guy book.” They are books all the same. I love the twilight saga, and I love MARS. Go figure.

Right. For the first series, I think I will upload Black Cat.
I have only discovered this series recently. (and by recently, I mean about two days ago.) So the uploading has been rather slow on the front that I had to read all the manga myself. I had never really picked up anything after InuYasha, so this is a first.
And so I fell in love with a new series. This means more uploads.
Better get back to work.

Uploading has been a little slower than usual, but not only because of the reasons mentioned above. I have moved during the very long absence, and I no longer have access to the ultra-fast University computers, from which much of my uploading was done before. This means that I have to resort to the use of Mega Manager, which is an absolute pain in the @$$. Even with the manager, I can’t seem to be able to upload more than 50kbps, and I can’t get on to MediaFire. So much for that plan =[
But that’s all my problem, not yours, so I won’t trouble you with it. Meanwhile, enjoy the new manga.

Yes, I'm Back.

No, Really.

I know it's been a while, but with AP exams out of the way and school exams covered, I can finally get back to maintaining this site, which I realize I have been neglecting for the last couple of months.

In my absence, this site has now turned two, and its template is really getting a bit old. I'd like a new one, but I am thinking of switching sites altogether to somewhere with some WordPress support, which I can have a bit more freedom over the template of the site, the design, and the management. Also, once we switch to WordPress, I can start hosting a podcast and BitTorrent tracker. I haven’t decided yet where I am going to host the new site, so if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to comment.

Also, after a looooonnng period in constancy, I will upload more things for everyone. Since I haven’t been keeping up with what everyone wants, we will follow up with some more of my all time favorites, which include Claymore, Rose Hip Rose, Battle Royale, Vampire Hunter, O-Parts Hunter, and more.
I think I will start with Claymore first, since I am dying to finish that series, followed by RHR and Battle Royale. I am a little hesitant about hosting Battle Royale, because it is rated mature for all the blood and gore in it. I really don’t want to stain the rep of this site, so the post will be passworded. I think the password should be “battle royale”.

In other somewhat unrelated news, I have began to play Magic: the Gathering seriously after a long absence from the game. I think I will post a little bit about some things that I find interesting here too, in addition to the other things on this site.

As this site will be moving sometime in the indefinite future, I suggest that everyone keep checking back on this site. The links and everything will still be here, but most of the other stuff will go. Hopefully, with a new server and a new host, the ads and the continued pesterances about donations will hopefully come to a stop. I will invest a bit of money, not a lot, into a site host. If enough people visit the site every month, there won’t even be the need of ads.
I look forward to the future. Beyond the Horizon Canopy I spy good times for all. Let us all head there without delay.

First things first: My site is now over one year old. I thought of putting up a birthday cake, but I decided against it. Besides, I can't draw, so the cake would have ended up looking horrible anyway.

All right, let's get it up and running in here again.

I've started to roll in more visitors from BlogExplosion, so if this site is ultra-slow the next few days, this is probably why.

Nutang, for some odd reason, appearently doesn't allow you to do certain things with your headers, so I am forced to ditch the recent update and stay with the crappy web 1.0 version. I am planning on switching webservers, though, so stay tuned. one day, this site is going to look remarkably different.

Third of all, the artwork on the top of the page is extremely old. It has lost its charm, and I would like to replace it. So, people, if any of you are accomplished at graphic editing or drawing, please contact me.
